GBS, OBE, JP, aged 57, joined Gold Peak Group in 1972 and has been appointed Chairman and Chief Executive since 1990. He is also Chairman of GP Industries Limited and the former Chairman of GP Batteries International Limited from 1990 to 1993. Mr Lo is a member of the Executive Council of the Hong Kong SAR, Council Chairman of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, and Chairman of Board of Directors of Hong Kong Design Centre. Mr Lo graduated from the Institute of Design of Illinois Institute of Technology in the US with a Bachelor of Science degree in Product Design. |

A veteran in the television broadcasting industry, Mr Lo is also a member of the board and the executive committee of the Hong Kong-listed Television Broadcasts Limited. |

He has been instrumental in the corporate development of the Group, particularly in the diversification of the Group's business and investment into China and Taiwan.
